Vincent E Parker is  a doctorial candidate in Curriculum and Instruction at Liberty University School of Education. His focus of research is in the area of inclusive curriculums in both neurotypical students and students with neurodevelopmental disorders.  He is in the final Capstone III phase of his doctoral program preparing to collect and analyze data for a final dissertation defense of his research findings on the experience of educators while transitioning to the inclusive classrooms as mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act in the Maryland Public School System.
